Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Every Wristory watch is inspected, timed, and authenticated by our in-house watchmakers against factory specifications before it is ever listed for sale.

Our verification covers:

• Movement calibre and serial number consistency
• Case, bracelet, and reference accuracy
• Dial, hands, crown, and caseback originality
• Water resistance testing, where applicable
• Timing performance within factory tolerances

A formal Certificate of Authenticity is available on request for an additional fee. Every watch is backed by our guarantee: in the unlikely event that any watch we sell is proven to be non-authentic, we will issue a full refund — no questions, no conditions.

Every watch ships fully insured, signature-required, and in discreet packaging that does not identify the contents.

Collection in person

Prefer to collect in person? Your watch can be handed over at our Melbourne showroom — Level 3, 162 Collins Street — at a time that suits you. Book a viewing or collection through the enquiry form on any product page.

All online card payments are processed through Shopify Payments — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and encrypted end-to-end. Bank transfer (OSKO or EFT) is also accepted; the full amount must clear into our account before your watch ships or is released for collection.
